By accessing or using the Bola Duwit platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

📖 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Bola Duwit mobile application and website
• "User" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Buyer" / "Guest" refers to Users who purchase products through the Platform
• "Seller" / "UMKM" refers to verified micro, small, and medium enterprises selling products
• "Admin" refers to Bola Duwit platform administrators
• "Content" refers to any text, images, videos, or other materials
• "Transaction" refers to the purchase of products through the Platform

👤 Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 17 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

🔐 Account Registration

Account Creation

• You must register for an account to access certain features
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• One person may only maintain one account
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account usage

🛒 Buyer Terms

Purchasing Products

• All purchases are subject to product availability
• Prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• You agree to pay the full amount for your order
• Shipping arrangements are made directly with the Seller

Order Confirmation

• Confirm receipt of products promptly after delivery
• Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product
• Failure to confirm may result in automatic order completion

Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled while in "Pending" status
• Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible

🏪 Seller (UMKM) Terms

Registration & Verification

• Must provide valid government-issued ID (KTP) for verification
• Must provide accurate bank account information for payments
• Subject to approval and ongoing review by Admin
• Must maintain accurate store and product information

Product Listings

• All products must be legal and comply with applicable laws
• Product descriptions must be accurate and not misleading
• Images must accurately represent the product
• Pricing must be fair and transparent

Order Fulfillment

• Process orders promptly after receiving notification
• Coordinate shipping directly with Buyers via WhatsApp
• Provide quality products as described in listings
• Handle customer inquiries professionally

Payments

• Funds are held in escrow until order completion
• Payment is released after Buyer confirms receipt
• Admin will transfer funds to your registered bank account

💳 Transactions & Payments

Payment Methods

• COD (Cash on Delivery): Payment upon product receipt
• Online Payment (Midtrans): Secure online payment gateway

Transaction Flow

1. Order Placed: Buyer places order and makes payment
2. Processing: Seller prepares and ships the order
3. Shipped: Product is on the way to Buyer
4. Completed: Buyer confirms receipt, funds released to Seller

Refunds & Disputes

• Contact Admin for dispute resolution
• Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis
• Fraudulent claims may result in account termination

Platform Content

The Bola Duwit name, logo, and all related content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

⚠️ Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of products sold by Sellers
• That Sellers will fulfill their obligations
• The accuracy of product descriptions or images

📋 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bola Duwit shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of third parties (including Sellers)
• Product quality, safety, or legality
• Shipping delays or delivery issues

🔒 Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect outstanding obligations.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Effect of Termination

• Access to the Platform will be revoked
• Pending transactions will be processed or cancelled
• Held funds will be released according to our policies

⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
3. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia
